As Chief Operating Officer, Tim is responsible for providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and overall operating efficiency. Tim is also responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives, motivating and leading a high-performance executive management team, and to foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

Tim has over 15 years of operations management experience in the market research industry.

Prior to joining Olson Research Group, Tim held various leadership positions at TNS, Ipsos and GfK. Highlights of his experience at these research agencies include; the restructuring, integration, development, and leadership of global operations teams ranging from small teams of 20 to larger teams in excess of 70 staff members; extensive experience building and managing offshore operations in India, Romania and Bulgaria; significant experience spearheading efforts to improve operational efficiencies, reducing operating costs, and driving quality improvements initiatives.

Paul currently oversees the business development and client services team. Paul is responsible for developing new services designed specifically for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical devices industries. In this role, Paul is also a valuable contributor to the strategic planning and execution of all sales and marketing activities.

Prior to Olson Research Group, Paul was the President of Genactis, Inc., and spent 9 years at Clarkston Consulting. He spent 4 years at IMS Health, where he served as vice president of marketing, and was responsible for more than 60 marketing and sales professionals. Prior to IMS Health, Paul was responsible for managing the sales and operations, market research, and business development for Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals.

Paul has been a featured speaker at national and international pharmaceutical conferences and a guest lecturer at Rutgers School of Graduate Management and West Chester State University Graduate School of Business. Paul currently sits on the Board of Directors for Acsis, Inc; and is on boards of two industry associations – PMRG and HIMSS. Paul received an MBA from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and a BS in biology and chemistry from Eastern University in St. David’s, PA.

As a physician and board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Silverstein has an in-depth understanding of most medical and pharmaceutical market research topics, the ability to develop comprehensive discussion guides and surveys, skills as a moderator who relates well to respondents and clients, and the expertise to write in-depth, concise, meaningful reports. Dr. Silverstein has extensive U.S. and international research experience. He worked as Director of Research for Kurkowski Market Research, Cape May, N.J. from 2003 – 2012, and ITG Market Research as Medical Liaison and Project Consultant / Director from August, 2012, through April, 2015. Dr. Silverstein joined The Olson Research Group in May, 2015.

Martin is a respected orthopaedic surgeon who practiced in Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale Lakes, and Boca Raton, Florida from 1976 -2002. He was the founder and managing partner of Lauderdale Orthopaedic Surgeons, 1983 – 2002. He is a diplomat of the ABOS, fellow of the AAOS, and member of many other medical and orthopaedic organizations. In 2002, Martin was honored as Orthopaedic Surgeon of the Year by the South Florida chapter of the American Arthritis Foundation.

As Director of Marketing, Jennifer’s key responsibilities are to conceptualize, develop, and orchestrate marketing initiatives that meet the overarching strategic goals of Olson Research Group. This includes developing and presenting creative solutions that support and complement the business strategy while maximizing corporate objectives and promoting key messages.

Prior to joining Olson Research Group, Jennifer worked for several leading healthcare communications and advertising agencies with responsibilities to both domestic and international pharmaceutical brand teams. Jennifer enjoyed playing a key role in the early development and expansion of the International Society of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) and working closely with top KOLs and clinicians to develop meaningful professional education opportunities throughout the US while at the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, MA. Jennifer’s experience includes overseeing large-scale domestic and international healthcare conferences, as well as abroad range of pharmaceutical medical education campaigns and marketing initiatives. Jennifer is a graduate of Rider University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts.

As Manager of Quantitative Field Services, Jenna manages our team of project managers dedicated to the successful execution of all quantitative studies. Jenna focuses on strategy execution, cross-departmental collaboration, problem solving, and clear communication to support the highest degree of client satisfaction at each stage of a quantitative study’s lifecycle.

Jenna joined Olson Research Group as a Project Manager in 2006. In 2007, Jenna was part of a core group of team members that led the organization’s West coast expansion to California where she filled the roles of Senior Project Manager and Manager of Operations before moving back to the East coast and into her current role in 2014. In her tenure at Olson Research Group, Jenna has been responsible for managing hundreds of projects including Olson’s largest and most complex tracking study and thus has a wealth of knowledge to help both clients and internal team members ensure the success of each project. Jenna is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in American History.

As Senior Account Manager, Brendan is responsible for new client business development as well as management of revenue goals and collaboration across multiple project functions to ensure client satisfaction. Brendan’s extensive industry experience and depth of understanding allow him to bring a broad perspective to research engagements, enabling our clients to achieve their desired research goals in the timeframe that is required.

Brendan is a 35 year veteran of the market research industry. Recently, he served as Vice President at both Universal Survey (SHC) and Q Research Solutions, where his primary function in both roles was CATI and online survey business development across multiple sectors such as finance, healthcare and CPG. Brendan has always been an active contributor to the marketing research industry, and has previously served for 6 years on the MRA (now Insights Association) Greater New York Chapter board. Brendan is currently a member of an Intellus Worldwide sub-committee charged with developing training modules for healthcare market researchers.
