Ok, I just called and the CSR stated in order for me to receive the $70.18 posted to my cc acct. Was to snail mail a request or fax a request to their headquarters or whatever stating that I’d like to receive my negative balance of $70.18 in a check. To save others time, the fax number given was (770)870-5197.
She then stated that in the fax or snail mail request that I include either my acct number or my ssn to verify the acct. In question.
This totally sucks! They know they’ve closed our accts. Months ago and this AF refund should automatically be done w/o the hassle of faxing and mailing.
GL to all!!
The harder they make it for you to get your money, the less people will bother. A thousand people who are owed $70, that figure the hassle isn’t worth it, and FBOD has just kept $70,000 of their money!Mastercard securecode logo

I was unlucky in that the loss of this line on my credit caused my pre-approved mortgage to fall through a week before I was supposed to close on my house.
